Bhansali has told the police that he approached Yash Raj Films to allow Sushant Singh Rajput to work in the film 'Bajirao Mastani'. Actually, Sushant Singh had a contract with Yash Raj Films at that time.
According to reports, Bhansali said that Yash Raj Films had said that Sushant Singh Rajput has no time, as he was busy with the upcoming production 'Pani'. At the same time, Shekhar Kapoor's project 'Pani', regarding the relationship of Aditya Chopra and Shekhar Kapur, could not be completed.
At the same time, Yash Raj Films chairman Aditya Chopra has recorded the statement at Versova police station and said that the production house has not been approached by Bhansali for 'Bajirao Mastani'.
According to a report by news agency IANS, Aditya Chopra also said in his statement that Yash Raj Films had allowed Sushant to do the film 'MS Dhoni: The Untold Story', which means that the actor was allowed to do the films with other filmmakers.
