In a statement on Monday, the company said, "Adani Total Gas Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary, Adani Total Energies E-Mobility Limited (ATEEL), and MG Motor India have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to strengthen the EV charging infrastructure in India."

Expanding EV Charging Network

Under the MoU, ATEEL will install CC2 60 kW DC chargers at upcoming MG dealerships to strengthen the ATEEL charging network and increase customer accessibility.

The Chief Growth Officer of MG Motor India stated, "MG is committed to carbon neutrality, sustainability, and green mobility. We are excited to embark on a new journey with Adani Total Energies E-Mobility Limited. This strategic partnership will serve as an inspiration source for adopting electric vehicles in India."

Under this strategic collaboration, both parties will leverage advanced Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to identify the capability of deploying public EV charging stations across all platforms.

Adani Total Energies and MG Motor's Collaboration to Boost Green Energy

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Adani Total Gas Limited, Suresh P. Manglani, has stated that the partnership between Adani Total Gas Mobility Limited and MG Motor India to develop a charging infrastructure is a significant achievement.

This partnership will play a crucial role in accelerating India's energy transition. It will contribute to reducing carbon emissions and promoting clean and green energy.

This collaboration will enhance customer experience with convenient RFID solutions, especially at strategic locations such as public charging networks, particularly at places like airports for MG users.

Adani Total Gas will offer MG the RFID card through its wholesale purchase system, providing preferential discounts for MG users.
