Amidst all this, section 125 of CRPC has become an additional burden for me. "Along with this, the Jet Airways employee has also demanded the repeal of this section in his petition. According to the employee, this section is a violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India. Explain that before the apex court, MS Vishnu Shankar and Shriram P have filed a petition on behalf of the petitioner.
