COVID-19 in India: 11502 New Cases and 325 Deaths Reported in Last 24 Hours

Coronavirus cases are increasing continuously in the country and the total cases have now crossed 3.3 lakh figure. During the last 24 hours, 11,502 new infected cases have been reported in the country, with this the total number of cases has now increased to 3, 32,424. This information has been released on the official website of the Union Ministry of Health, whereas the ministry's figures are from 8 am Sunday to 8 am Monday.

325 MORE DIED

Not only the new cases of coronavirus are increasing rapidly in the country, but the number of people getting cured after winning the battle against coronavirus is also increasing rapidly. According to the ministry, during the last 24 hours, 325 people have also died due to Coronavirus in the country and with this, the number of people who lost their lives due to Coronavirus has now increased to 9520.

MAXIMUM DEATHS IN MAHARASHTRA & GUJARAT

Maharashtra and Gujarat have the highest number of deaths due to coronavirus across the country. According to the Health Ministry data released on Sunday morning, 3950 people have lost their lives in Maharashtra while 1477 people have lost their lives in Gujarat. Apart from this, the maximum number of 1327 people have died in Delhi which at third position.

169797 RECOVERED SO FAR

The number of people recovering from Coronavirus in the country is also increasing rapidly. Of the total 3,32,424 coronavirus cases in the country, there are 1,69,797 people who have completely recovered. It should be noted that the number of people recovered is more than the number of current active coronavirus cases in the country. There are currently 153106 active cases in the country.

MORE THAN 57 LAKH TESTS CONDUCTED SO FAR
