In the Rohtak district, four people of the village opened fire outside the village secretary's house after they were stopped from playing the song loudly on the tractor outside the house late at night. Along with this, the brother and mother of the village secretary were beaten up. After the incident, panic spread in the area. The police have started an investigation by registering a case of murder against the four named accused.

Loud songs were being played outside the house

In the complaint given to the Sadar police station, Ravi told that he is a resident of village Khidwali Pana Dhoi Rohtak. He is posted as Village Secretary in Charkhi Dadri. When he got up to go to the toilet at 12 o'clock on Wednesday night, loud songs were being played outside the house. When he went out, he saw that some youths were playing songs in a loud voice on the tractor-trolley. The youths were Naveen alias Bhandar, Bholi, Jatin, and Ashish from the same village.

The complainant Ravi stopped them from playing songs in loud voice and asked why are they playing songs here. On this, the young man Naveen said that he will ask me this and started beating me. In his defence, Ravi raised the members of the house by raising his voice. Brother Naveen, mother Munni Devi came out of the house. He tried to intervene. The accused also assaulted him. Hearing the quarrel, the people of the neighborhood also gathered. So the victim's family somehow went inside the house.

Bullets fired inside and outside the house

After some time the accused started firing outside Ravi's house. Not only this, but the miscreants also opened fire inside the house. The victim's family did not come out out of fear. So after showing arrogance for some time, the miscreants fled from the spot. So after some time, the police were informed. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and started action.
