A madrasa (Seminary) instructor in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, 'drugged' and 'raped' a 17-year-old girl, recorded the crime on camera, and then beat the victim when she protested.
Indicted for sexually abusing and extorting the kid, Mohd Ahmad, a native of Bithoor, has been detained by the police. In response to the girl's complaint, a case has been filed.
In her complaint, the victim claimed that she continued to attend Madrasa till 2018. She claimed that even after she stopped going to Madrasa, the maulana would repeatedly call her home and assault her sexually.
The girl further said that the maulana had contacted her on January 22 and asked her to prepare food for him because his wife was ill and once I was there, "he drugged me and raped me."
He recorded the act on video as well. "He assaulted me after I resisted", she alleged in her complaint.
The girl further stated that Maulana had recorded the act and blackmailed her to spread the footage online. He began regularly abusing her physically after making this threat.
The accuser became aware of the charge filed against him and attempted to leave, but was apprehended. Atul Singh, the station's in-charge, stated.
