The country's first Chief of Defense Staff (CDS), General Bipin Rawat, said that countries that sponsor terrorism should be diplomatically isolated.

Blacklisting by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) is one solution. You cannot have partners who are participating in the global war on terrorism and are still sponsoring terrorism.

Earlier, General Bipin Rawat said that if we feel that the fight against terror is going to end, then we are wrong. As long as there are countries sponsoring or promoting terrorism, we have to live with this fear. CDS Rawat said this at the Raisina Dialogue-2020, a program organized on global diplomacy in New Delhi.
