NIT Vacancy 2020: Vacancies for 58 Posts of Assistant Professor

NIT (National Institutes of Technology) has released vacancies for 58 posts of Assistant Professor in Agartala. All these posts will be appointed soon. For this, NIT has sought online applications from qualified and interested candidates.

NIT (National Institutes of Technology) has released vacancies for 58 posts of Assistant Professor in Agartala. All these posts will be appointed soon. For this, NIT has sought online applications from qualified and interested candidates. These recruitments will be for 15 subjects and similar departments. NIT has set the last date of application is 25 February 2020. The maximum age of the applicant has been kept at 30 years. Also, if you have a Ph.D. degree and three years of work experience, then the maximum age has been kept at 38 years.

These are the subjects/departments in which the appointments will be held-

Bio-Engineering – 2 posts,
Chemical Engineering- 1 post,
Civil Engineering – 8 posts,
Computer Science & Engineering – 8 posts,
Electrical Engineering – 9 posts,
Electronics & Communication Engineering – 6 posts,
Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering – 4 posts,
Mechanical Engineering – 8 posts,
Production Engineering – 3 posts,
Chemistry – 2  posts,
Mathematics – One post,
Physics – 2 posts,
Management, Humanities and Social Services Insej- 1 post,
Master of Computer Aplikeshn- 1 post.

Qualification Required:
In addition to good academic records, first-class marks. Apart from this, Bachelor's and Master's degrees, a Ph.D. degree in the post related subject. One year of working experience or 3 years of experience with Ph.D., in addition to having two publications in SCI Journals will increase the grade.

Pay Scale
Grade Pay Rs 6,000 with Rs 15,600 to Rs 39,100

Note: One year experience with a Ph.D. degree and a paper for publication in Science Journal will be accepted, grade pay Rs 7,000. Apart from this, three years experience with Ph.D. and two papers published in Science Journal will give a grade pay of Rs 8,000. Qualified candidates will be selected for these posts on the basis of the interview.

Step 3- Click on the link of the advertisement PDF here, then the appointment advertisement will open.

Step 4 – Now click on the online application link and click on the application link according to the pay level on the new page.

Step 5 – Now register by giving the requested details on the new page, then you will get the user name and password so that you can log in.

Step 6- Now upload scanned copies of the documents sought. Finally, apply by clicking on the Submit and Print out button.
