The new state president of Rajasthan BJP Satish Poonia formally took office on the occasion of Vijayadashami on Tuesday. Along with this, he also resolved to make Rajasthan Congress-free in 2023 and make Rajasthan an impregnable fort of BJP.

Poonia has formally assumed office about twenty days after her appointment due to paternal favor. Poonia's inauguration ceremony was given a grand program to give importance to the ordinary worker in the party through Poonia's appointment and to demonstrate the strength of the organization in the upcoming by-elections and body elections. About 15 thousand workers from all over the state attended the function on this occasion. The party's national vice-president Om Prakash Mathur, Union minister Prakash Javadekar, organization in-charge V Satish, organization general minister Chandrashekhar, leader of opposition Gulab Chand Kataria, deputy leader Rajendra Rathore, union minister Arjunram Meghwal, former president Arun Chaturvedi and Ashok Parnami were mostly party MLAs. And MP and District President etc. were present in this program.

On this occasion, Satish Poonia said that he never imagined that such a big responsibility would be met. This responsibility is not given by the kindness of any one leader. This responsibility has been attributed to the activists. The workers' affection and love are my strengths. He said that it is not assuming office, assuming office. Positions keep on coming. The post of worker is permanent. No one can remove it. My only title has changed, the work is there.
