Panchayat Elections in Rajasthan: Nominations will be Filled from October 4

The State Election Commission has announced the schedule of Panchayat elections in Alwar and Dholpur districts.

After the recently concluded panchayat elections in Rajasthan, elections will be held again next month. The State Election Commission has announced the schedule of Panchayat elections in Alwar and Dholpur districts. In these elections, 72 Zilla Parishad members of both the districts and 504 members of 22 Panchayat Samitis will vote in three phases. The process of nomination for the elections will start on October 4.

According to the schedule issued by the State Election Commission, the notification for the elections will be issued on October 4, with which the process of filing nominations for Zilla Parishad and Panchayat Samiti members in these districts will begin. In the Dholpur district, along with 23 Zilla Parishad members, elections will also be held in Dholpur, Bari, Sampu, Basedi, Sarmathura, and Rajkheda Panchayat Samitis. Similarly, voting will be held in the Alwar district along with 49 Zilla Parishad members, Kotkasim, Tijara, Behror, Neemrana, Thanagaji, Raini, Rajgarh, Govindgarh, Laxmangarh, Umren, Kishangarhbas, Ramgarh, Malakheda, Bansur, and Mundawar Panchayat Samitis.

Here will be the election schedule

Nominations: To be filled from October 4 to 8.

Withdrawal: By 11 October.

Voting: First phase (20 October), the second phase (23 October), third phase (26 October) timings from 8 am to 5 pm.

Result: Counting will start from 9 am on October 29.

Election of district head and head: will be held on October 30.

Election of Deputy District Head and Deputy Pradhan: will be held on October 31.

Phase wise elections will be like this

First Phase: Kotkasim, Tijara, Behror, Neemrana, Mundawar of Alwar district and Dholpur and Rajkheda Panchayat Samiti of Dholpur district.
Second phase: Thanagaji, Raini, Rajgarh, Govindgarh, Laxmangarh, Kathumar, and Dholpur districts of Alwar district's Thanagaji, Bari, and Sampau Panchayat Samiti.
Third phase: Elections will be held in Umren, Kishangarhbas, Ramgarh, Malakheda, Bansur, and Basedi of Dholpur district, Sarmathura Panchayat Samiti in Alwar.
