72 Hoorain Trailer Dispute: We all are well aware that the ban culture surrounding Bollywood films dates back to films like "The Kerala Story" and "The Kashmir Files".

But with the #BoycottBollywood movement, banning Bollywood films is becoming more and more prevalent and no longer surprises us.

As part of this trend, we recently heard that the CBFC had refused to certify the trailer for the film 72 Hoorain (Bahattar Hoorain), and somewhere we all believed it, but recently in a press release on Thursday, the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) said it has not refused the certification but in some media outlets, false information is being reported.

Trailer of Film is currently undergoing Necessary Process: CBFC

The board has clarified that the film "72 Hoorain" (Bahattar Hoorain) was granted an 'A' certification on October 4, 2019. CBFC also stated that the trailer of the movie is currently undergoing the required processes following its submission to the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) on June 19, 2023.

The evaluation of the trailer is being conducted in accordance with the regulations specified in Section SB (2) of the Cinematograph Act, 1952.

The trailer walks viewers through the paths that Fidayeens take and explains how young Muslims are persuaded to join terrorist organisations.

The movie, which stars Pavan Malhotra, Aamir Bashir, Rasheed Naz, and Ashok Pathak in leading parts, promises to expose religious manipulation.

The Trailer states that 72 Hoorain is a tale, where passion merges with unrest, where faith dances with violence, and where an unthinkable becomes an unforgettable reality.
