According to reports, in some of Aryan's chats with NCB, he is seen discussing drugs with this actress. NCB has presented it before the court as evidence. It is also being said that the actress was present on the cruise and initially NCB let it go.

In the coming time, this actress can also be questioned by the NCB team. This chat of Aryan with the actress can become a big hindrance in his bail. This actress is going to make her Bollywood debut soon. Apart from this, Aryan's chat with some drug peddlers has also been submitted to the court before the bail hearing.

Earlier, while reserving the judgment, Judge Patil had said that he is busy on October 20 as well, but he will try to hear the bail on that day. Therefore, it is believed that initially, the judge will present only the operative part of this decision.

Aryan, arrested on October 3, has been lodged in Mumbai's Arthur Road Jail since October 8. Aryan has got the batch of prisoner number 956 in the jail. Aryan's 14-day judicial custody also ends on October 21. In Aryan's case, the NCB had initially registered a case for drug consumption, they had invoked Sections 27, 28, and 29. Section 28 is an attempt to consume, section 29 is a conspiracy to consume and section 27 is for consumption.

NCB's argument against bail

Earlier, opposing Aryan's bail, Anil Singh had said that records and evidence show that Aryan has been taking drugs regularly for the past few years. The ASG said that Aryan is quite influential and if released on bail, there is a possibility of tampering with evidence or running away from the law.

Singh further said that Aryan and his friend Arbaaz have been arrested on the basis of solid evidence. Foreign links to drugs racket have to be investigated. This is a big conspiracy that needs to be investigated.

Aryan used to take drugs from Arbaaz, so he should not be given bail. The NCB also placed a WhatsApp chat in the court and claimed that the investigation of this chat has revealed that Aryan Khan has an important role in the drugs case.
