Hrithik Roshan recently shared a picture on social media in which he was sitting on a chair and his mother was standing on the balcony. In this picture, damp was seen on the wall of Hrithik's house, on which people started trolling him. Commenting on the picture, a social media user wrote, 'Look closely, the dampness in Hrithik Roshan's house. Seeing the trolling increasing, Hrithik clarified to the social media user and said, at present, the house is also on rent. I am taking my house very soon and there will be no dampness, then how will it be fun to fix the dampness, brother?'
Some time back it was reported that Hrithik has rented an apartment in the Juhu area of Mumbai, whose monthly rent is Rs 8.25 lakh. In October last year, there were reports that Hrithik has invested heavily in the property. He has bought two apartments in Mumbai for Rs 97.5 crore. One of these apartments is a duplex penthouse while the other apartment is a single-story house. These apartments are located near the Juhu-Versova Link Road, from where one can get a beautiful view of the Arabian Sea.
According to the report of Mumbai Mirror, Hrithik has bought these flats from a builder named Sameer Bhojwani. Sameer has offered them an open to the sky terrace of 6500 sq ft, 10 parking slots, and an exclusive lift. This deal of Hrithik was done only last year, which was closed after payment a few months ago.
Both the flats of Hrithik are on the 15th R 16th floor of the building. The 15th floor flat is spread over 27,534.85 sq ft, for which Hrithik has paid Rs 67.50 crore. While the area of the 16th floor flat is 11,165 sq ft, which cost Hrithik Rs 30 crore. The actor has got the registration of both the flats done separately. For both, he has paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.95 crore. At present, this building is under construction.
On the work front, Hrithik will soon start his superhero film. His father Rakesh Roshan has announced the next film of the 'Krrish' franchise. Earlier this year, Hrithik himself in a tweet hinted at the return of 'jaadu', the character (alien) from his 2003 hit film 'Koi Mil Gaya'.
