Jacqueline Fernandez Stopped from going Abroad; Witnesses of Extortion Case

Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez was stopped from going abroad on Sunday evening at the Mumbai airport. She was on her way to Riyadh for Salman Khan's 'The-Bang' tour. Jacqueline Fernandez is being questioned in a money laundering case of 200 crores. This case is related to Sukesh Chandrashekhar trapped in the fraud case. She has been stopped in this connection. A lookout circular has been issued against Jacqueline by the Enforcement Directorate (ED), which is probing the case. ED has also questioned actress Nora Fatehi in this case.

According to the ED, Jacqueline is an important witness in the extortion case of Rs 200 crore on behalf of Sukesh Chandrashekhar. Sukesh is currently lodged in Delhi's Tihar Jail. It is alleged that Jacqueline was dating Sukesh. During this, Sukesh has given many expensive gifts to Jacqueline. Among them, there is also a cat worth 9 lakh rupees.

Sukesh had made revelations during interrogation

According to media reports, Sukesh Chandrashekhar had told during interrogation that he had gifted Jacqueline a horse and four Persian cats worth Rs 52 lakh. Of these, the cost of a cat is 9 lakh rupees. ED has found many pieces of evidence including photos proving the closeness of Jacqueline and Sukesh. Jacqueline was also questioned by the ED in August. In this case, a 7 thousand page charge sheet has been filed against Sukesh Chandrashekhar, his wife Leena Maria Paul, and 6 other people.
