Justine Bieber Shares Selfie from Therapy Session

Singer Justin Bieber has never shied away from speaking about his mental health issues and even ensures to regularly update fans about his situation. In a recent social media post, the singer showed people how "cool" it is to prioritize mental health.

The 25-year-old singer, on Wednesday, posted a selfie on the Instagram story and wrote, "Therapy Session (written in bold). It's cool to have a healthy mind and healthy emotions." In March, the 'Sorry' singer, via an Instagram post, asked his fans to "pray" for him amid his battle with depression.

The Baby hitmaker has been laying low for the last few months in an attempt to focus on his mental health. He first sought out help for depression in February and updating fans with his recovery, Biebs decided to post a selfie to Instagram on Wednesday mid-session.

Wearing a baseball cap and one side of his purple hoodie, Bieber looked pretty relaxed as he wrote: 'Therapy session. It's cool to have a healthy mind and healthy emotions.'

After the depression, he decided to take a break from the music industry but now after all that happen he is now well and recently from the sources it was clear that that soon he is coming up with his new album.

 Justine and Hailey recently got married after spending so much time together. Wearing a baseball cap and one side of his purple hoodie, Bieber looked pretty relaxed as he wrote: 'Therapy session. It's cool to have a healthy mind and healthy emotions.'

Justin and Hailey married in a courthouse service in Manhattan in September last year but we're planning on hosting a big religious blessing with family and friends.

Justine always comes in limelight whether he is touched or not. Justine is still active on social media after the statement come objecting his relation with her recently married wife.
