Weather Update: Know the Condition of some States of North India including Delhi till Holi

Two days of rain has once again brought back the cold. The mercury of Delhi and the National Capital Region including North India has fallen due to rain. Due to which people were forced to remove warm clothes and blankets. According to the Meteorological Department, until now people will not get rid of the cold at this time. There will be dark clouds in the sky. A drop in temperature will be seen. The cold air will once again make the cold feel like rain.

The heavy rains on Friday and Saturday have reduced the mercury of the weather. During this time, 20.4 mm of rain was recorded in Safdarjung area. While in Palam Vihar area 15.3, Lodhi Road area recorded 20.6 mm of rain.

Due to sudden change in the weather, its effect was seen at Indira Gandhi International Airport. People complained of delays in landing and flying. The rains also devastated Delhi's roads. Passengers were disturbed due to rainwater coming in the place.

The two-day unseasonal rains saw a drop in the temperature of the season. On Friday, Delhi's minimum temperature was 14 degrees Celsius while the maximum temperature was 22 degrees Celsius. Even on Saturday, the morning temperature was not seen as much fluctuation as the first day.

According to the Meteorological Department, dark clouds will remain in the sky in the next two days. It is expected to rain intermittently by 10 March. The Meteorological Department has said that the effect of stormy cyclone along with active western disturbance will be seen in western Himalayan regions. Due to which rain in the plains will be expected to remain snowfall in the hilly areas.
