According to the weather forecast, the maximum temperature in Delhi is likely to remain up to 19 degrees Celsius. The Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that the outbreak of cold waves will continue throughout the day in the national capital. Due to the cold weather, the Meteorological Department has put Delhi on yellow alert.

At the same time, the Air Quality Index (AQI) in the national capital is 290, which falls in the 'poor' category. The AQI is 'good' between zero and 50, 'satisfactory' between 51 and 100, 'moderate' between 101 and 200, 'poor' between 201 and 300, 'very poor' between 301 and 400, and Between 401 and 500 are considered in the 'severe' range. Fog is increasing due to the onset of Delhi May cold.
According to the Safdarjung Observatory, the minimum temperature in the national capital Delhi was recorded at 3.2 degrees Celsius today (Monday), which is much lower than normal.
