Congress leader Manish Tiwari says that the High Court of India has held privacy as a fundamental right. An important decision was given by the Supreme Court which said that Right to Privacy is a fundamental right, but the NDA and BJP governments have been continuously violating the decision of the Supreme Court. The privacy of ordinary citizens in the NDA and BJP government is over.

Congress leader Manish Tiwari said, this news is evident from the news that has become public today, government plan is a conspiracy. Everything is being done in a pre-planned manner, government has asked for some call details of people from cellphone companies. We want to ask the justification for this. Is BJP government breaking the rules and attacking the privacy of the common people? What has been revealed is very sensitive. The fundamental rights given by the citizens are frivolous on them. We will demand an answer from the government on this and ask the government under which law the call records of citizens have been sought from mobile companies.

On the other hand, a round of accusation has started on the decision of former Gif Justice Ranjan Gogoi to be sent to Rajya Sabha. The Congress has asked many questions to Ranjan Gogoi. However, Gogoi said that he will answer every question after taking the oath. Former Law Minister and Congress leader Kapil Sibal wrote on Twitter on Wednesday, 'Ranjan Gogoi please also explain why your decision is taken in your own case? Why Envelope Locked Judicial System? Why the electoral bond issue was not taken? Why was clean chit given in Rafale case? Why was the CBI Director removed'? Earlier, Kapil Sibal had said that the same Justice Gogoi had said that taking over the post of retirement as CJI was a blot on the institution and today he is accepting himself. Instead of going to the legal aspect in this case, we should focus on public perception.
