How to eat garlic and honey

Take a clove of garlic, peel it off, and mash it. Now take a spoonful of honey in a small cup and mix the garlic in it. Now mix the two things together. Leave this paste for 15-20 minutes. You eat it on an empty stomach in the morning. If you want, you can make this paste and store it in the fridge for 3 days.

Loss due to excessive intake

If you consume too much of garlic and honey, then it can also harm you. You should eat this mixture only once a day. Do not use more than two garlic cloves. Eating too much garlic can cause bad breath, mouth or stomach irritation, heartburn, gas, nausea, vomiting, body odor and diarrhea. If you are pregnant or feed your baby, you should consult a doctor before eating honey and garlic.
