Healthy snacks for daytime munching: People often make mistakes when it comes to snacks. While they take extra alerts about food, they harm their body by eating unhealthy options like chips, cookies, pastries, pizza, burgers when they are hungry at odd hours of the day. These small-looking snacks can do a lot of harm to the body. These can cause many problems like obesity, acne, diabetes, hair loss, hormonal disturbances. We have brought for you some healthy snacks which are easy to make will satisfy your hunger and are also good for your health.

Hummus –

It is an exotic dish but it is full of health. It contains many types of vitamins and minerals. It is made by soaking chickpeas overnight, then boiling them in the morning of the next day and grinding them in a mixer with some spices and olive oil (or any other oil of your choice) to make a dip. It is also good for your stomach and it also leads to weight loss.

Sattu mixture

Sattu is made by roasting a gram and grinding it by adding some more grains. It is a very good source of protein. In this, you can increase the grain as per your wish, but the main thing is the gram. If Sattu is to be eaten sweet or salty, then its pain can be made. Also, it can be used as a drink. Put one or two spoons of sattu in the glass and the rest of the water. Add lemon juice, black salt and ground roasted cumin to it and your healthy tasty drink is ready.

Oats –

Oats are rich in fiber. It can be used in many ways. Apart from sweet oats which are cooked in milk, they can be made by adding vegetables. You can also make chilla or idli by grinding oats. If you add some other flour together then its binding will be good. Do not forget to add in-season vegetables while making oats.
