What is meditation?

On mental health, Pooja Ji says that meditation is yoga if spoken in simple words. Yoga means connecting one thing to another. And in that also, there is a particular thing with which we can connect ourselves. And so that whatever becomes double. In this way, our inner power gets increased and for this, we have to be connected. We have to connect with God so that our inner power becomes stronger.

What should we think while meditating with closed eyes?

First of all, you do not have to memorize thoughts at the time of meditation, you have to think well. Because if your thinking is good then you will be able to concentrate on meditation well. The second meditation can also be done with eyes closed. But if the eyes are open then it is better to think positively and if our thoughts are good then automatically it will affect us positively.

What is the right time for meditation, is there any fixed time for it?

The best time to meditate is Bharam Muhurta. Which is from 2 in the morning to 5 in the morning. Since ancient times, this time is considered to be the best time to do meditation. But due to the busy life of today, you can do meditation anytime. There is no fixed interval for this, you can do it anytime.

How and when to start meditation for peace of mind in an increasingly stressful life?

If we talk about when to start meditation, then only when the child starts being grownup, they can start meditation. And automatically when he feels that my mental health is becoming weak and I am having anxiety attacks, nervousness, and sweating, then he should know that now he needs to do meditation, this is to calm his mind in a very good way. That will help you minimize the stress level.

Is there any further group of meditation? Or can anyone do it?

There is no fixed group or target audience for worshiping according to Pooja Ji, you can start whenever you feel like it. Young child, old age, anyone can do this. There is no further boundation to do meditation.

Meditation is fine on the mental side, does it have any effect on the physical side?

The thoughts we think during meditation have an effect on our whole body and due to this we also become physically strong. Because if your mind is clear and your thoughts are right then your body balance will also be right. By doing meditation, you also get less disease.
