Covid-19 Cases Exceeded 4500 in Assam, Total 8 Deaths Reported So Far

After the arrival of migrants from different states of the country in Assam, there has been a sharp increase in the cases

In Assam, 201 fresh cases of infected with coronavirus were reported on Tuesday. With this, the total number of cases infected with this deadly virus in the state increased to 4,510. Giving information about this, Health Minister Hemant Vishwa Sarma said that 10 cases of infected were reported during the day but till late Tuesday night 191 more cases were reported. He also informed that a total of 8 patients have died due to infection so far.

2411 PATIENTS RECOVERED TILL TUESDAY

Sarma said that the rate of recovery of Covid-19 patients in the state has increased by 55 percent, he also said that on Tuesday, 206 patients of Covid-19 were discharged from various hospitals after being cured, after which the number of people recovered has increased to 2,411. He further stated that out of a total of 4,510 cases of infected, eight patients have died so far, 2,088 patients are undergoing treatment and three have gone outside the infected state.

CASES INCREASED AFTER THE ARRIVAL OF MIGRANTS

Let us tell you that after the arrival of migrants from different states of the country in Assam, there has been a sharp increase in the cases. This has happened in many states of the country including big states like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Bengal. There were very few cases of infected with the coronavirus at one time in Jharkhand, but it increased with the arrival of migrants. At the same time, Odisha seemed to control the infection, but after the arrival of people from different states, there was a sharp increase in cases here too.
