Unidentified persons attacked the madrasa in Block H-52

A security force official said that unidentified persons attacked the madrasa in Block H-52 of Camp No-18 in Ukhiya at around 4 am. Earlier the attack was described as a clash between two rival Rohingya groups. According to local media, Ukhiya SP Shihab Kaiser said, "Four people died immediately after the attack. Soon after, the police reached the spot and took the people to the hospital. Here three people died during treatment.

Police have arrested one attacker

It is being told that the police have arrested an attacker with a gun and ammunition. Apart from this, raids are being conducted in the camp to arrest the other accused. The world's largest Rohingya refugee camp is located in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh. However, the Cox's Bazar Rohingya Refugee Camp houses about one million Rohingyas. These Rohingyas had fled from Myanmar in 2017. In 2017, the Buddhist-majority country of Myanmar took action against the Rohingya by the army there. After that Rohingya Muslims fled from there. Most of them are living in refugee camps in Bangladesh.
