Corona Virus: Indian Government Released Alert, Avoid China Trip

New Delhi: In view of the rising infection of the deadly corona virus in neighbouring China, the Indian government has issued an alert for citizens. The Union Health Ministry has instructed citizens to avoid travelling to China if it is not necessary. Apart from this, the central government is making every effort to evacuate the Indians trapped in the city of Wuhan. According to the latest information, so far about 131 people have died due to Corona virus in China. Over 5300 people have been affected by this virus infection. Meanwhile, in view of the danger of infection, the US has also issued an alert to its citizens to visit China.

More than 20 people have been kept under surveillance in India

According to the data received from the Union Health Ministry, so far about 20 people from various airports have been kept under precautionary watch keeping in view the signs of infection. All these travellers have returned from China. However, the Ministry has clarified that no Indian has found signs of corona virus in the investigation. In view of the danger of infection, the government has increased the surveillance work to 20 airports. So far, 33,552 passengers from 155 flights have been screened.

All these countries have started surveillance checks at their international airports as a precaution. Especially the planes coming from China are under intense scrutiny. Any type of fever or viral complaint is being investigated seriously.
