Cottage cheese (Paneer) 200 grams
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala 1/2 teaspoon
Water 1/2 cup
2 pinch of ground black pepper
2 pieces of ginger grated
Chili Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Tomatoes 1 finely chopped
A handful of chopped coriander leaves
Refined oil 4 tablespoons
Chopped onion 3
Curd 1/2 cup
Firstly, add oil to the handi, fry the chopped onion on medium heat, after that reduce the heat. After this, add ginger, turmeric, chili, garam masala and mix well.
Add finely chopped tomatoes and green chilies and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Cook half a cup of yogurt. Add half a cup of water and let it boil.
Add Paneer and chopped coriander and cook it till the spices dry.
Add black pepper and remove it from the heat. Garnish with coriander.
