Stay away from fast food

Include whole grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans, etc. in your diet. Because it provides you with abundant amounts of fiber, vitamins, minerals, thereby controlling your blood pressure and cholesterol. Also, it reduces the risk of heart disease and diabetes and keeps your weight under control.
