Mutton Kabab: Try Delicious Muglai Recipe at Home

Kebabs hold a special place in Indian cuisine. 'Mutton kebab' is an easy and quick recipe that you can prepare for special occasions and festivals. It is a delicious Mughlai recipe, prepared with minced mutton, finely chopped onion, green chilies, rice flour and salt. If you like to eat kebabs then you can make this recipe at home. To make the mutton kebab a little more delicious, you can use some fresh cream and chopped green chilies and enjoy this delicious mutton kebab.

Ingredients:

300 grams of mutton

Salt as required

1 cup refined oil

3 green chilies

3 tablespoons rice flour

5 onions

How to make Mutton Kebab Recipe:

 Step 1:

To prepare the delicious mutton kebab, firstly chop the onion finely and make green chili paste.

 Step 2:

After this, mince the mutton pieces, remember that if you have already mashed the mutton then do not mash it again.

 Step 3:

Now take a big bowl and add finely chopped onion, green chili paste, rice flour and salt along with the minced mutton. Mix all the ingredients together and set aside for about 40 minutes.

 Step 4:

Let the mutton absorbs the spices. If you want to make it spicier, you can also add a little pepper powder or red chili powder.

 Step 5:

Now place a pan on medium heat and heat the refined oil in it. If you want to make these kebabs in the traditional way, you can also use ghee.

 Step 6:

On the other hand, after the mutton mixture is marinated, make equal parts of the mixture and make balls. Flatten them and put in hot oil.

 Step 7:

Keep the flame low. Allow the kebabs to fry in oil until they are golden brown.

 Step 8:

Now take out from the oil and remove the excess oil and serve it hot with mint chutney and chopped onion.
