Ingredients:
200 gms oats
150 g soya flour
2 chilies
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
How to make Oats and Soya Pancake:
1. Soak oats in water for 30 to 45 minutes.
2. Grind and mix other ingredients and salt with soaked oats.
3. Add water and make a thick batter according to your needs.
4. The batter should be so thick that it spreads easily.
5. Pour 2 to 3 drops of oil on a nonstick pan.
6. Add batter and prepare 1/4 inch thick pancake.
7. Roast until medium brown on both sides.
8. Serve with sauce, chutney or curd.
