Thai Chicken Curry Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Chicken (boneless)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons basil
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons Thai Green Curry Paste
  • 2 ½ tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoons lemongrass
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup onion

How to make Thai Chicken Curry Recipe:

 Step 1:

To make this recipe at home, first wash the chicken thoroughly with water and cut it into a cube shape by placing it on a chopping board. After this, finely chop the lemongrass, basil leaves and the fat. Cut all these ingredients and keep them aside.

 Step 2:

After this, heat the oil in a frying pan on medium flame. When the oil is hot, add onion and cook on low heat until tender.

 Step 3:

Now add Thai green curry paste to this pan and cook this mixture while stirring well. Then add chicken cubes and cook this mixture on high heat.

 Step 4:

Now add water to this mixture and cook the mixture well until the chicken becomes soft. Now add coconut milk, basil leaves, and lemongrass to this mixture. Boil this mixture.

 Step 5:

Now, reduce the heat and cook the curry for 5-10 minutes. Thai chicken curry is ready and serves hot.
