The smart gadget has become the biggest need of human being today. Without it, all our work is incomplete, but do you know that a small smartphone that fits in your pocket can cause major illness. Wrong use of mobile or laptop is causing pain in the waist and neck.

This has been revealed in research conducted on patients in rural areas by the Community Medicine Department of Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi. In this research, it was found that 60 percent of people were suffering from musculoskeletal disorder i.e., joint pain. Due to the wrong use of the gadget, problems like joint pain and cervical are increasing in people.

This research was done on 200 people, out of which 54 percent had complaints of back pain. Such complaints are often caused by turning the neck of the smartphone display more than 60 degrees. This keeps our spinal cord in a constant state of turning and later it becomes the cause of pain.

If you want to get rid of this growing problem due to a smartphone or laptop, then some special things need to be kept in mind.

1. Keep your eyes about 80 centimeters away from the computer screen.

2. Do not talk by holding the phone between the ear and shoulder. In such a situation, using earphones would be a better option.

3. Instead of sticking to the smartphone, take some time for your physical and walk for about 20 minutes.
