1. Milk

Milk is very important for the health of everyone from newborns to growing children. Calcium, vitamins and proteins are present in milk, drinking which strengthens the bones of children and increases height.

You can also include milk products like paneer, butter etc. in the diet of the kids.

2. Bananas

Very few people would probably find that banana helps in increasing the height of children. Bananas are easily available in the market in every season.

Bananas are rich in vitamins, fiber, calcium, magnesium and potassium. To increase the height of children, do not forget to include banana in their diet.

3. Green Vegetables

Green vegetables are very beneficial for the health of children. But children often refrain from eating green vegetables.

Green vegetables are rich in vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin A, magnesium, iron, fiber, folate, calcium, and potassium. To increase the health and height of children, do include them in your diet.

4. Soybean

Soybeans have the highest protein content of all vegetarian foods. The pure protein contained in soybeans improves bone and tissue mass. To increase height, it is advised to eat 50 grams of soybean daily.

5. Dry Fruits

Dry fruits are rich in many nutritional properties. It contains vitamins, minerals, fat, protein and omega-3 fatty acid elements.

For the proper development of the children's body, you must include dry fruits in their diet.
