Ingredients:
1 Kg Chicken
For marination:
1 tsp chili flakes
½ tsp paprika powder
1 tsp lime zest
2 tsp canola oil
2 pinch black pepper powder
4 barley crushed garlic
1 tsp Barak Organo
60 ml red wine vinegar
2 tsp fine salt
For Garnish:
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
How to make Roasted Chicken Recipe:
Step 1:
First of all, wash the chicken pieces with water and drain excess water from it.
Step 2:
Meanwhile, heat the oven at 200 degrees. After this, to make chicken marinate in a small bowl, add chili, garlic, paprika, organic, lemon zest, vinegar oil, salt and pepper and mix it well to mix. You can also add spices according to your preference.

Now grease or brush the baking tray with oil. Place the chicken in this baking tray and spread the chili mixture over it so that the whole chicken is coated with it.
