Israel-Hamas Conflict: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held a conversation with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday amid the ongoing conflict between Israel and the Palestinian terrorist organization Hamas.

Indian PM Modi Condemns Hamas Attacks as Acts of Terrorism

Regarding the recent attacks by Hamas, Prime Minister Modi had previously strongly condemned them as acts of terrorism.

He referred to them as a "terrorist attack" and expressed deep shock over the news of terrorist attacks in Israel.

He extended his heartfelt condolences and prayers to the innocent victims and their families, stating that India stands united with Israel in this difficult hour.

Israel Seeks Strong Backing from India: Israeli Ambassador to India

The Israeli Ambassador to India, Naor Gilon, had earlier stated that Israel would need strong support from India. He praised India as an influential nation, understanding the challenges posed by terrorism and having a good understanding of the current crisis.

He emphasized the importance of international cooperation to prevent Hamas from continuing its aggression.

Ambassador Gilon stated, "We have received significant support from India. We hope that countries worldwide will condemn the senseless killing and abduction of hundreds of Israeli citizens, women, men, elderly, and children. This is unacceptable."

The conflict between Israel and Hamas has led to heightened tensions in the region, with international leaders expressing their concerns and urging a peaceful resolution to the crisis.
