“Rich People Getting Richer While Poor Falling into More Poverty”: Former PM Manmohan Singh Slams BJP Government

Former Prime Minister and Congress leader Manmohan Singh have given his reaction to the continuous attack on Congress. He said that people still remember the good work of our governments. Amidst the ongoing elections in five states, the former PM said that the BJP tried to humiliate the Punjab CM and the people of the state on the issue of PM Modi's security. Today the condition of the country is such that rich people are getting richer while poor people are falling into more poverty.

BJP government is not ready to admit its mistakes

Further, former Prime Minister of the country Manmohan Singh said that due to the poor policies of the central government during Corona, people are troubled by the economy, unemployment and rising inflation. After running the government for 7.5 years, the government is not ready to accept its mistakes and make reforms. The government is trying to hold the country's first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru responsible.

Former PM Manmohan Singh did not stop here, he strongly attacked the Modi government and said that the fake nationalism of this government is as hollow as it is dangerous. Their nationalism seems to be based on the policy of divide and rule of the British. He said that constitutional institutions are constantly being weakened. This BJP government has also proved to be a complete failure on the foreign policy front.

On the other hand, the third phase of polling in UP will be held on February 20. The voting process is over in Uttarakhand and Goa, while in Manipur, voting will be held on February 28 and March 5.
