The country witnessed a horrific incident yesterday. Famous Punjabi rapper Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead by unidentified assailants in Jawaharke village of Mansa district. The unfortunate incident took place right after the Punjab Police withdrew security from 424 people, including Sidhu Moose Wala.
Looted another Car on Gun Point
Gunman, upon shooting Moose wala, left their vehicle Corolla and Bolero and looted another Alto car at Gunpoint, and fled from the spot. Punjab Police has set an alert to North State Polices including Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttrakhand, and had also identified 4-5 suspects in the case.

Police while speaking to the matter told that Moose wala on Sunday evening, neither took the two commandos allotted for his security nor did he take his bulletproof car while going outside the home.
As seen from the CCTV footage, a white Bolero was seen chasing his SUV while the other tailing vehicles intercepted him from the front. Moose wala was then shot with Multiple rounds of fire
Reportedly, in the murder of Moose wala AN-94 Russian assault rifle was used.
Director-General of Police (DGP) stated that Punjab Supremo Bhagwant Mann had given orders for a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to look into the probe.
Police had registered an FIR under sections: 302, 307, 341, 148, 149, 427, 120-B of the IPC and sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act.
Mika Singh in an interview with a Media Company alleged Moose wala had been facing threats for the past four years.
Congress reacting over the row had been strongly resisting Punjab the Government’s decision of reducing the security of Moose wala, just a day before he was shot.
