Vice President Venkaiah Naidu’s 5-day visit to Rajasthan from 26 to 30 September

Vice President Venkaiah Naidu will be on a 5-day visit to Rajasthan. They are coming to Jaisalmer and Jodhpur from 26th to 30th September. Naidu will visit Mehrangarh Fort in Jodhpur on September 27

Vice President Venkaiah Naidu will be on a 5-day visit to Rajasthan. They are coming to Jaisalmer and Jodhpur from 26th to 30th September. Naidu will visit Mehrangarh Fort in Jodhpur on September 27. He will be the chief guest at an inaugural program at IIT Jodhpur on 28 September. Vice President Venkaiah Naidu will also visit  Tanot Mata Temple, Longewala Post, War Museum, and Mehrangarh Fort.

Will pay homage to the martyrs of the 1971 war

On September 26, he will be welcomed by senior officers of the Army at the Air Force Base in Jaisalmer. Also, the Vice President will visit Longewala Post at 4 pm, where he will pay homage to the martyrs of the 1971 war. After this, a program is proposed to see weapons, military vehicles, and tanks at Shaurya Sthal. This is followed by the program of Bablianwala out post-visit.

On September 27, he will get information about the breeding and conservation activities of the Great Indian Bustard in the Desert National Park, Dhore, Jaisalmer. Along with this, he is also scheduled to visit Mehrangarh fort on 27 September. The Vice President will also visit the border area, the other major sites of Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. Rajasthan Governor Kalraj Mishra will also be present with the Vice President during his visit. Apart from this, there is a program to go to different places for the rest of the day.

Every effort is made to make VIP's stay and tour memorable

In view of the proposed visit of the Vice President, Chief Secretary Niranjan Arya held a coordination meeting through video conferencing at the Secretariat. Niranjan Arya has directed the administration and police officers to make necessary preparations for the Vice President's visit to Jaisalmer and Jodhpur. He said that there would be a VIP tour and stay in the state, so the officers of the administration should try their best to make this visit a memorable one.
