Afghan Defense Ministry official Fawad Aman tweeted that the Air Force targeted Taliban positions in the city of Sheboygan and carried out an airstrike. In this attack, more than 500 Taliban terrorists were killed and a large number of their arms and ammunition were destroyed. A B-52 bomber targeted a large number of Taliban militants in the Jazan province of Schenburg city at around 6:30 pm. The Taliban has suffered a lot in this attack by the US Air Force.

Afghan Defense Ministry official Fawad Aman said in a new tweet on Sunday, "Nangarhar, Lagman, Ghazni, Paktia, Paktika, Kandahar, Uruzgan, Herat, Farah, Jozjan, Sar-e Pol, Faryab, Helmand, Nimruz, Takhar, 572 terrorists were killed and 309 others were injured in Kunduz. All this happened during the last 24 hours."

Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack

In a statement to local media, the Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack. Taliban spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid said the group had targeted a bus carrying Afghan intelligence personnel.

Before this attack, a Pakistani terrorist was arrested by Afghan commandos from the outskirts of Ghazni province. It is said to be involved in activities like killing Pakistani terrorist civilians. The Taliban have captured the capital of northern Afghanistan's Jawajjan province after weeks of violent clashes between Afghan security forces and the Taliban, Tolo News reported on Saturday. According to the report of the Afghan News Agency, Shobarghan is the second provincial capital to come under Taliban control in the last two days.
