On the other hand, Higher Education Minister Pargat Singh made a serious allegation that Sukhbir Badal's anger about higher education is like Kangana Ranaut becoming an agricultural worker. During the 15 years of Akali rule there was not a single appointment of permanent assistant professors and our government colleges were left to ruin.
