In the case of using 'objectionable' language, the problems of Shiv Sena leader and Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Raut may increase. In fact, a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader has accused Raut of using objectionable language against BJP workers during an interview aired on TV. Not only this but Raut has also been accused of threatening. A case was registered against the Shiv Sena leader in Delhi regarding the matter.
In this regard, it is being told that a complaint has been lodged by BJP's National General Secretary Deepti Rawat Bhardwaj on December 9 at Mandawali police station. An FIR has been registered based on this complaint. In his complaint, Bharadwaj alleged that Sanjay Raut made "shocking statements" against BJP workers during an interview aired on a Marathi news channel on December 9.
Deepti Rawat Bhardwaj alleged that BJP workers were threatened with death by Raut. Along with this, objectionable language was also used by the Rajya Sabha MP. A senior Delhi Police officer informed about the matter and said that based on the complaint, section 500 (punishment for defamation) and section 509 (words, gestures intended to outrage the modesty of a woman) of the Indian Penal Code were filed against Raut. Using or doing such an act has been done to register an FIR.
No statement has come out from the party after the case was registered against Shiv Sena leader Raut in Delhi. The Rajya Sabha MP has also not reacted on the matter. After this action, the reaction of Sanjay Raut is being monitored.
