Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot is presenting his state budget for the years 2022-23, which he claims would meet the goals and expectations of the state's citizens. In his third term as chief minister, Gehlot is presenting his fourth budget. Gehlot's budget statement will include a first-of-its-kind feature: a distinct agriculture budget. Gehlot also holds the finance ministry. "For the first time in Rajasthan's history, a separate Krishi Budget will be presented too for the farmers," the chief minister announced on Twitter.
The introduction of the Rajasthan Budget will be live-streamed on Facebook and YouTube.
Rajasthan Budget 2022
The Gehlot government is presenting a separate agriculture budget in light of the government's failure to deliver on its electoral pledge of a comprehensive farm loan discharge. According to sources, the government may announce the cancellation of loans taken out by farmers from commercial banks totaling Rs 2500 crore.
Rajasthan Minister Shakuntala Rawat had previously stated that Chief Minister Gehlot's Budget will meet the expectations of farmers, women, youth, and businesspeople in Rajasthan. She claims that it will assist every hamlet and city in the state. According to congressional insiders, the budget could focus on reviving the industry and creating new job possibilities.

Satish Poonia, the president of the Rajasthan BJP, has already attacked the state's Congress government. At least seven declarations made by the Gehlot government in its budget two years ago, according to Poonia, remain unfulfilled.
