AUS Vs WI: Australia had a super Sunday yesterday. Apart from winning the second T20 International match and the series against West Indies, the under-19 boys of the Baggy Green side also won the World Cup final encounter against the Men in Blue.
Now it is for the third back-to-back times that India has lost an ICC tournament final against the Aussies.
Australia bounced back well after they lost the second and the final Test match against West Indies at their fortress, the Gabba in Brisbane. The ODI World Cup 2023 champions won the three-match fifty overs series after that.
The hosts of this series, Australia also clinched the three-match series of the shortest format at Adelaide with still one match to be played and that encounter will be held in Perth tomorrow, Tuesday, 13th February 2024. The Baggy Green side is ahead with 2-0 lead in this series of the shortest format.
