IPL Qualifier 2, CSK vs DC: The team of Delhi Capitals will face three times champion Chennai Super Kings in the 2nd Qualifier of the 12th edition of the IPL, on Friday. Dr. YS Rajshekhar Reddy of Visakhapatnam will be playing at the ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium from 7.30pm. In the Delhi Playoff Eliminator Round, Hyderabad has already been defeated by Delhi Capitals.

The Chennai team, captained by Mahendra Singh Dhoni, was defeated by three-time winner Mumbai Indians in qualifier-1 and entered the finals. Although that loss did not affect the Chennai much, they got another chance to qualify for the qualifier-2 final. For Chennai, however, this second qualifier will not be less than a thorny road because the Delhi team is in excellent form and is continuously improving its game.

In the Eliminator match, Delhi forced Hyderabad to get eliminated with its power pack performance on the field even after coming this close to victory. In this, Rishabh Pant had an important role, who, in the last over, put the 49-run innings in just 21 balls and made the team to the way to victory. In this victory, another young batsman, Prithvi Shaw scored 56 runs which also contributed in its win.
