Second innings for the first test match is being played. Bangladesh scored 24 runs for 2 wickets loss till now. Indian team captain Virat Kohli has announced the innings. In the first match of the two-match Test series being played at Holkar Stadium in Indore, the Indian team has scored a huge score and declared the end of the first innings. Team India have declared innings at 493/6 after Bangladesh's team was bowled out for 150 runs.

The Indian team has invited Bangladesh to bat in the second innings after gaining a lead of 343 runs with the help of opener Mayank Agarwal's double century. If Bangladesh team gets all out at less than the score of 343 runs, then the Indian team will win this match by the difference of runs and innings and will take an unassailable 1-0 lead in the series.

In this match, Bangladesh team captain Mominul Haq won the important toss and chose to bat first. However, the Bangladeshi Tigers piled on just 150 runs in front of the Indian pacers. Not a single batsman of Bangladesh's team could score a half-century. At the same time, Mayank Agarwal scored 243 runs for India. Apart from these, Cheteshwar Pujara (54), Ajinkya Rahane (86) and Ravindra Jadeja (60 not out) scored half-centuries.

In this way the Indian team batted a total of 114 overs and lost 6 wickets and scored a huge score of 493 runs. This is the reason why India got a lead of 343 runs which is a very big score for Bangladesh team, because the visiting team lacks good batsmen.
