The final match of the World Test Championship is to be played between India and New Zealand next week. New Zealand fast bowler Trent Boult has reached England to play the WTC final. Trent Boult has claimed that he will prepare very well before the final match.

Boult wanted to spend time with his family after the IPL was postponed in May. That's why he did not come with the team on the England tour. He later reached England and was available for selection in the second Test due to the relaxation of the segregation rules. Boult said, "I did not expect to play in this match at the beginning. Later, things got better and I wanted to take my chance. I think it will definitely be better to take the field.

Boult is part of the playing 11 in the second Test against England. He said, "Practicing in the net is not like playing a match. In a match, you have a chance to come back three, four or five times a day. There can be no better way to prepare than this. I hope that I will be fully prepared for the final match.

Final to be held in Southampton

The final of the World Test Championship will be played in Southampton from 18 to 22 June. The star fast bowler said, "There is a little pain in the toes but this happens when you bowl 30 overs wearing shoes. I am looking forward to next week's match in Southampton. Equally excited about the opportunity I get here in the next few days.

Let us tell you that New Zealand has made a place in the finals in the World Test Championship, performing very well. New Zealand, however, finished second in the points table, while Team India managed to capture the top position.
