Kuldeep Yadav Becomes First Indian Bowler to Take ODI Hat-tricks Twice

Kuldeep Yadav took a hat-trick wicket in the second ODI against West Indies in Visakhapatnam. This was the second time in ODI cricket when he did this feat. He became the first bowler in Indian cricket history to have taken two hat-trick wickets in ODI cricket. He did this feat for the first time against Australia. Kuldeep's superb bowling played a big role in India's victory and Team India won the second match by 107 runs.

He did this in the 33rd over of the West Indies innings and the eighth over of his spell. On the fourth ball of the 33rd over, he got Shai Hope caught by Virat for 78 runs. After this, on the fifth ball, he got captain Jason Holder caught for 11 runs by Rishabh Pant. Then on the last ball of the over, he made Alzari Joseph caught by Kedar Jadhav at 0 run. With these three wickets, he completed his hat-trick. Kuldeep Yadav had earlier taken a hat-trick wicket against Australia in 2017.

Kuldeep Yadav has become the first bowler to take a hat-trick twice for India in ODI cricket. Apart from Kuldeep, Chetan Sharma, Kapil Dev and Mohd. Shami had also taken Hat-tricks in ODIs from India. These players have done this amazing once. At the same time, the Indian bowlers who took a hat-trick in the Test are Harbhajan Singh, Irfan Pathan and Jasprit Bumrah. For India, Deepak Chahar is the bowler who took hat-trick wicket in T20.
