ODI Asia Cup 2023 Schedule: India and Pakistan will resume their rivalry after the T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia.

These two neighbouring countries last met in Melbourne Cricket Ground during the World T20 last year and because of the political tensions and terrorism issues, India vs Pakistan clashes are only played in tournaments like the Asia Cup and ICC events.

The ODI Asia Cup 2023 schedule has been announced and the fans will get to witness the clashes between India and Pakistan possibly three times.

These two arch-rival teams are placed in the same group along with Nepal in Group A while Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and Nepal are placed in Group B.

Pakistan and India are also favourites to reach the finals of the Asia Cup 2023 which will be played in the fifty-overs format owing to the ICC ODI World Cup 2023 in India.

According to the ODI Asia Cup 2023 schedule, India and Pakistan will clash possibly three times in this year's tournament.

The ODI Asia Cup 2023 will be played in the hybrid model where Pakistan will host stating four games and the rest of this championship will be played in the island nation of Sri Lanka.

Kandy and Colombo will be the venues for the group fixtures and super four matches in Sri Lanka. While Lahore and Multan will be the venues for Pakistan to host this six-team tournament this year.

Last year as well India was the favourite to reach the finals of the Asia Cup 2022 event which was played in the T20 International format at the United Arab Emirates.

But the men in the blue side lost the matches to Pakistan and Sri Lanka in the super four round of that event so team India could not make to the finals.
