Team India’s Limited-Overs Tour of Sri Lanka Schedule Announced

Team India is all set to tour Sri Lanka for three One-Day Internationals and as many T20 Internationals. The first ODI will begin on July 13 and the final T20 of the tour will be played on July 25.

Team India is all set to tour Sri Lanka for three One-Day Internationals and as many T20 Internationals. The first ODI will begin on July 13 and the final T20 of the tour will take place on July 25. The three ODIs will take place on July 13, 16 and 18. While the T20 series will start from July 21 and the next two matches will take place on July 23 and 25 respectively.

Meanwhile, the ODI and T20 teams selected for this tour will be quite different as players such as skipper Virat Kohli and Vice-captain Rohit Sharma will not be part of the tour as they will be engaged in the five-match Test series in England. The team's head coach Ravi Shastri will also accompany the main team on a tour of England. Along with bowling coach Bharat Arun and batting coach Vikram Rathore. As all the senior players, coaches and support staff will be busy in England. The BCCI will have to select a new skipper, coach and support staff for the team touring Sri Lanka.

Dravid likely to accompany Team India for Sri Lanka tour:

According to reports, the head of NCA, and coach of the U-19 and India A teams, Rahul Dravid will accompany the Indian team as head coach on Sri Lanka tour.
