WI Vs IND 1st ODI: In the first one-day international match between the home side West Indies and the visitors, India, the domination of the men in blue was clearly seen with the ball in hand.

The Indian spin twins Ravindra Jadeja and chinaman bowler Kuldeep Yadav destroyed the batting line up of the home side in this match.

India had won the toss and elected to bowl first. The pace bowlers of the Indian team made some early inroads. Mukesh Kumar, Hardik Pandya and Lord Shardul Thakur picked up one wicket each to their names.

Then the spin bowlers of team India had their say on the turning surface of Kensington Oval.

Kuldeep Yadav was the pick of the Indian bowlers in the first one-day international match. The chinaman bowler picked up a four-wicket haul and gave away just six runs.

Jaddu also got three wickets to his name. The spin-bowling all-rounder even batted well to see the team home in the run chase of 115 runs.

Apart from Ishan Kishan, who scored a brilliant half-century, none of the other Indian batters could do well.

Gudakesh Motie also looked threatening on that wicket like the other two Indian spin bowlers. But India will need the other batters to step up in the remaining two matches of this ODI series.

India won the first ODI match by five wickets and led the series by a margin of 1-0. The second match of this three-match one-day international series will be played tomorrow at the same venue and time as the first match.

Kuldeep and Jadeja created havoc for the batters of West Indies. They shared seven wickets between them. Kuldeep Yadav was also the man of the match from the first one-day international match which was played yesterday.

Yadav ji bowled just three overs in that game and made an impact straight away. He picked up four wickets and gave away just six runs. At the same time, Ravindra Jadeja also claimed three wickets to his name.
