CBI gets Clue in Dhanbad Judge Death Case, Accused Lakhan and Rahul on Remand

In the Judge Uttam Anand death case, both the accused Lakhan and Rahul Verma, who were lodged in Dhanbad Mandal Jail, were taken on remand by the CBI on Monday.

In the Judge Uttam Anand death case, both the accused Lakhan and Rahul Verma, who were lodged in Dhanbad Mandal Jail, were taken on remand by the CBI on Monday. Uttam Anand was an Additional District Judge posted in the Dhanbad district. CBI will keep both the accused on remand till December 29. During this, efforts will be made to unveil the case of the death of the judge. The CBI team took Rahul and Lakhan on remand early in the morning and left for Gujarat. Here many types of tests including narco will be done for both of them.

The CBI had told the court that they had got some clues in the judge's death case. On this basis the main accused can be reached. Therefore, it is necessary to take Rahul and Lakhan on remand. After the permission of the court, the CBI got the remand of the accused. Both have been taken to Gujarat by air. Four tests will be done again including narco. It is worth noting that earlier also, CBI had conducted various tests including narco, brain mapping of both the accused, but they did not get any hand.

First case of Dhanbad in which Narco test is happening again

Many big cases happened in Dhanbad even before this. Some of the accused were once subjected to several tests including Narco and the CBI got many types of information. But this is the first time that an accused has been taken by the CBI for a second investigation. If this time the CBI gets some clues, then some big faces are also expected to come forward and a big disclosure can happen.
