On Wednesday, a 21-year-old male, Yusuf Ali, was stabbed to death in the Tigri neighbourhood of south Delhi. The unfortunate episode, according to officials, was prompted by an argument about Rs 3,000.
The terrible murder was caught on camera and rapidly went viral on social media, with the perpetrator, identified as Shah Rukh, stabbing Yusuf repeatedly outside a shop. The shocking video stunned the entire community and beyond.
The Tigri police station responded to the stabbing incident as soon as they received a PCR call in the morning. They transported Yusuf, who was severely hurt, to a nearby hospital, but the medical team declared him dead.
To compound the family's agony, Yusuf's father, Sahid Ali, informed police that his son had received threats a few days before the tragedy from a man named Shah Rukh.
